1. The Dab & Reach

A slow side stretch with a bingo flair.
How to do it: Sit or stand tall. Dab your imaginary number to the right, then stretch your opposite arm over your head. Hold for 5 seconds. Switch sides.
Do it while playing: Perfect during a relaxed round in The Zingo Lounge. Stretch during countdowns, win with style.
2. Chair Disco
🪑 What it is:
Your own seated dance party.
How to do it: Pop on a playlist, stay seated and move your arms, shoulders and hips. Think disco fever without the dancefloor.
Do it while playing: Works wonders in Disco Inferno, especially when the bingo beats are bumping. Bonus points if you daub mid-shimmy.
3. Bingo Bounce
🤸♀️ What it is:
Gentle step-touch to keep your energy up.
How to do it: Stand and step side to side. Add a clap, a bounce or a little spin. Keep it light and bouncy.
Do it while playing: Perfect during the warm-up in The Daily Dazzle. Stay loose while waiting for the shimmer to start.
4. Full House Flow
🙆♂️ What it is:
A mini stretch sequence for shoulders, neck and spine.
How to do it: Roll your shoulders back, drop your chin to your chest, then slowly raise your arms overhead and take a deep breath. Repeat 3 times.
Do it while playing: Great between rounds in The Weekly Whirl, especially after a tense jackpot build-up.
5. Couch Crunches
🧦 What it is:
A core-friendly way to stay active from your sofa.
How to do it: Sit on the edge of your seat. Lean back slightly, engage your core and tap your heels to the floor one at a time. Ten reps is plenty.
Do it while playing: Try it during breaks in The Diva’s Den. A little extra sparkle never hurt anyone.
