Google Pay offers a convenient way to make online payments using an eligible debit card stored in your Google Wallet. There is no need to type out the same card details every time—simply select your saved payment method and approve the transaction.
Depositing with Google Pay should feel more like pressing play than programming an old VHS recorder. Follow these steps when the option is displayed in your Zingo Bingo cashier:
Google Pay provides the checkout technology, but the payment itself takes place between Zingo Bingo’s payment provider and the financial institution that issued your selected card.
Google Pay is primarily a way to authorise payments using a linked card; it does not operate as a separate wallet that holds or processes your casino funds. Google explains that online Google Pay transactions take place between the merchant and the financial institution behind the selected payment method.
To request a withdrawal:
The withdrawal method may be the underlying card used through Google Pay or another verified option displayed in the cashier. This must be confirmed against Zingo Bingo’s approved payment process before the page is published.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to account verification, internal review, minimum limits and processing times. Promotional balances or funds connected to an active bonus may also be subject to separate terms.
A declined or incomplete payment does not always mean something has gone wrong with your Zingo Bingo account. Work through these checks before trying the transaction again.
Google Pay will only be usable when it appears as an option in your Zingo Bingo cashier. Payment availability can depend on your location, device, account status and the methods supported by the platform.
Do not attempt to use Google Play credit or a Google Play gift card. Google Play balance is designed for eligible apps, digital content and subscriptions sold through Google Play—not for funding a Zingo Bingo account.
In order to make payments with PayPal, your account needs to be linked to a bank account. You need to make sure that your bank account is verified as yours. This is done via a small PayPal transaction amount.
Make sure the card selected in Google Wallet:
Google provides a current list of banks and cards supported by Google Wallet in the United Kingdom. Your bank or card issuer makes the final decision about whether an individual transaction is approved.
Your bank may decline the payment because of its own security controls, spending limits or transaction policies. Some card issuers may also apply restrictions to gambling-related payments.
Review your banking app for a declined-payment notification. Where needed, contact the number on the back of your card rather than repeatedly submitting the same transaction.
Still seeing an error? Take note of the time, payment amount and any error message shown, but do not send full card details or security codes through chat or email.
